Arkansas Highway 148 is a state highway of 36.8 miles (59.2 km) that runs in Mississippi County.
AR 181 runs north from AR 14 in Marie to cross Interstate 55. The route meets AR 140 north of Keiser and AR 158 near Victoria. A brief concurrency begins with AR 18 near Dell. The highway passes the Widner-Magers Farm Historic District and continues north then east at Woodland Corner. AR 181 next turns southeast with AR 151 into Gosnell. The route then turns north to terminate at MO-SSR-Y/NN at the Missouri state line.
